This policy explains how BCN PC Solutions processes personal data when you visit bcnpcsolutions.com, request information, create an account or make a purchase. It applies exclusively to this website and not to other projects hosted on the same hosting account.

2. Data we process

• Inquiries: name, email address, phone, city when requested, contact hours, message and source page.
• Technical and anti-fraud data: IP address, browser or device, technical logs and an approximate location derived from the IP when the form is submitted.
• Account: name, email, optional phone and password stored in encrypted form using a hash.
• Orders: identity and contact, delivery or service address, products or services requested and information necessary to manage the operation.
• Payments: identifiers and status of the transaction. Full card data is processed by Stripe and not by this website.
• Browsing and measurement: data from cookies or similar technologies when you accept the corresponding category, including the measurement of visits and actions such as calls, WhatsApp and forms.
• Public reviews: public name, rating, date and comment that Google publicly displays on the BCN PC Solutions Business Profile.

• Amazon Web Services: private storage of BCN PC Solutions media.
• Google: reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and, for review management, Google Business Profile.
• Own browsing analysis tool: reconstructs sessions and generates heatmaps when you authorize the "Recordings and heatmaps" category. It uses hosting and private storage infrastructure; it does not imply that Smartlook is used.
• Stripe: payment processing when the store and payment are available.
• Email provider: sending and receiving communications related to inquiries and transactions.
• ipapi: obtaining an approximate location from the IP when submitting the form.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the processing is subject to the applicable mechanisms and guarantees offered by each provider and required by data protection regulations.

5. Retention

Data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill the corresponding purpose and, afterwards, for the periods required to respond to legal obligations or possible liabilities. Accounts are maintained while they are active or until their deletion is requested, except for data that must be blocked or legally retained. Consents and technical logs are retained for the time necessary to prove preferences and protect the service.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary cookies maintain the session, security, language, cart and your privacy choice. You can accept all, reject the optional ones or choose separately statistics, recordings and heatmaps, and advertising. Each optional tool is only activated when it is configured and you have authorized its purpose.

Statistics measure visits and actions, such as clicking phone, email, WhatsApp or the form. Browsing recordings reconstruct what happens within this website: mouse movements, clicks and scrolling, to detect errors and improve its use. They are not a recording of your camera or other applications. Form fields are masked in the recording tool; avoid entering sensitive information that is not necessary for your inquiry.

You can change or withdraw your consent from "Configure cookies", in the footer of this website, at any time and without ceasing to browse its pages. Withdrawing it stops future optional capture; to request the deletion of data already collected, write to the contact email indicated above.

Deactivating non-necessary cookies does not prevent browsing the public information on the website, although some session-dependent functions may require technical cookies.

6.1. Own visitor counter

If you accept statistics, we store a random identifier in your browser for a maximum of one year to avoid counting reloads as new visitors. Its fingerprint is stored in our database, separated by website, with the visit dates; it does not include your name, email or IP address. We delete identifiers without activity and daily records older than one year; aggregated totals are retained. You can withdraw permission from "Configure cookies": the browser identifier is deleted and this recognition stops. The public counter combines, when it exists, an imported history from Analytics with our measurement; it is an estimate and does not identify individuals or allow deduplication of both periods.

6.2. Subscription to new posts

If you subscribe to the blog, we use your email to send you notices of new posts on this website, with your consent. We keep the subscription while it is active; you can cancel it through the unsubscribe link in each message. We may retain proof of your consent or unsubscription when necessary to prove and respect your choice.

7. Google reviews

The website may automatically synchronize reviews that are already public on the verified BCN PC Solutions Business Profile. No access to Gmail, Drive or other services of the Google account is requested. If you wish to modify or remove the original review, you must also manage it from Google; you can write to us if you consider that a copy shown here should be reviewed.

8. Rights

You can request access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your data, withdraw a consent without affecting prior processing and object to decisions based solely on automated processing when applicable.
