Whenever the issue can be resolved during the same visit and does not require replacing any components, the repair is included in the service.

Before carrying out any repair, we perform a technical diagnosis of your computer.

• The service includes travel to your location, diagnosis, and, whenever possible, repair during the same visit without replacing any components.
• If the fault requires replacing any component, you will receive a no-obligation repair quote before any work is carried out.
• If you accept the quote, no second diagnosis or call-out fee will be charged. You will only pay the agreed repair quote.
• If you decide not to proceed with the repair, only the diagnostic service will be charged.
• The diagnosis is only charged when we can determine the cause of the fault with sufficient certainty. If a conclusive diagnosis cannot be made (for example, due to complex electronic faults requiring specialized equipment), no diagnostic fee will be charged.
