€60 per diagnosis and repair-attempt service, including the call-out. If your computer will not turn on, we check its power supply, connections and components to identify the cause.

Stopped turning on after rain or a power cut?

We check whether the fault is in the power supply, adapter, a connection or another component. A problem appearing after a storm or power cut does not by itself prove that the computer has burnt out or that the weather caused it: testing is needed.

What is included and what requires a separate quote

• Call-out, technical diagnosis and a repair attempt. If the fault can be fixed during the same visit without replacing components, the repair is included.
• The €60 does not guarantee a successful repair. Parts and additional work require a separate quote and your approval before proceeding.
• If you accept the quote, there is no second diagnosis or call-out fee: you pay the amount of the accepted quote.
• If you decide against repair, only the diagnosis is charged. The existing condition remains: diagnosis is charged only when the cause of the fault can be determined with certainty; an inconclusive diagnosis is not charged.
