Whenever the fault can be resolved during the same visit and does not require replacing components, the repair is included in the service.

Before performing any repair, we carry out a technical diagnosis of the equipment.

• The service includes travel, diagnosis, and, whenever possible, repair during the same visit without the need to replace components.
• If the fault requires replacing a component, a no-obligation quote will be provided before the repair is carried out.
• If you accept the quote, no second diagnosis/travel will be charged. You will only pay the amount of the accepted quote.
• If you decide not to proceed with the repair, only the diagnosis service will be charged.
• The diagnosis is only charged when it is possible to determine with certainty the cause of the fault. If a conclusive diagnosis cannot be provided, the diagnosis will not be charged.
